Seasonal or Off-Season Apartment Rentals for seniors are available,

overlooking either the Pool Area or the Lagoon & Marina

Our four apartments has a great view of the Marina and Lagoon area and is near the clubhouse as well as the shuffleboard, horseshoe, tennis, bocce, golf practice and pickleball courts.

All apartments are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom accommodations w/screened porch and parking area.  Maximum occupancy is 2 people.  No pets are allowed in the apartments.  Linens, towels, dishes, electric, water, sewer, kitchen area, wi-fi and basic cable are included.  Telephone service is not included.  Call the office at 727 842-9744 to make your reservation.  Make reservations early to be sure you can be accommodated.
