Community Living at Colony Cove’s Over 55 Senior Mobile Home Park

Colony Cove has two great pools and a beautiful clubhouse w/Wi-Fi.  The clubhouse is used for meetings, breakfasts, dinners, dances, plays by the Entertainers, card parties, pool table games, art, wood carving, exercise classes and other indoor events.  Both the clubhouse and pool are immediately adjacent to the Cotee River and our lagoon. Residents enjoy outdoor spring concerts, a boat ramp, storage compound, marina and access to the Gulf Coast via the river. Our picnic grove for barbecues, roasts and other activities is on a small peninsula extending out into the river. It’s a great area for socializing and enjoying good food.  Away from the river, near the park office is the mailroom, a laundry and library.  Enjoy retirement.  Enjoy sunshine and warm weather. Join the park’s shuffleboard team competing with other parks, the golf league, a bowling team and play in the bocce tournament. Participate or play with friends on an ad hoc basis.  Enjoy tennis and pickleball

Card Parties, Super Bowl Sunday our Annual Flea Market or decorating for Christmas, any number of ways of getting together and enjoying our community.  And we haven’t even touched on the Entertainers, art group, Happy Hookers crochet and knit group, the multi-boat fishing trips into the Gulf, our dinner-dances, or those other special  group gatherings and clubs, favorites for many of our residents.
